The court has given them the green signal for the evaluation scheme of CBSE. The court has completely said that this CBSE evaluation scheme is completely correct. The Supreme Court has decided that now this petition will not be reopened and will not be allowed to challenge the petitioners who have any complaint regarding this scheme and the CBSE Board Marks Evaluation Scheme.
Why CBSE Assessment Scheme was started
The Supreme Court on Monday said that the Class 12 board exams were canceled due to COVID-19 and announced the introduction of CBSE evaluation scheme , deciding that their results would be based on marks assessment. . Approval has also been put on this scheme by the court and it has also been said by the Supreme Court that if anyone has a complaint about the scheme, then he will not open the issue of this scheme of CBSE again.

CBSE evaluation scheme was approved on June 17
The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations and CBSE had approved the evaluation schemes on June 17. In this , the ratio of 30:30:40 was prepared for evaluation for class 12 according to the results of class 10th, 11th and 12th . The evaluation policy was made to prepare the results of the students due to the absence of board examinations due to the corona epidemic. But this policy was challenged by some parents, children and its petition was filed in the Supreme Court but their petitions were rejected by the court.
CBSE Assessment Scheme : How will the assessment be done
It was already informed by CBSE that the 12th examination of the children has been cancelled. You already know that their 12th result will be prepared on their 10th, 11th and 12th ratio i.e. class 12th evaluation for theory is 30% from their 10th board, 30% from 11th and 12th pre board, unit test. And on the basis of 40% of the total marks obtained in the mid term test .
